Cosmetic Product Photography and Review of the Stila Liquid Eyeshadow.
Good Morning! A few weeks ago my twin sister and I decided to go and pick up two of Stila Cosmetics Liquid eye shadows. I hadn’t heard much…
about these before my two other sisters tried them so we decided to give them a try. We chose the colours ‘ Smoldering Satin ‘ & ‘ Kitten Karma ‘.

Upon first swatch they are super shiny and glittery. At first i was a little worried i would not be able to pull off such a sparkly shadow but you can apply
a little and always build it up when applying with a brush.
How to apply:
When applying this liquid eyeshadow i did almost all of my face makeup before. Foundation, concealer, and setting power. This is just to be sure that the fall out is easy to remove (if you get any).I applied my eyeshadow to the crease, starting with a transition colour. I used the Tarte Tarlett palette ( not the In Bloom one). I used a light brown for the crease and a darker brown in the outer corner to create some depth. After all the blending was done i took my liquid eyeshadow in the shade ‘Kitten Karma’ and applied it to a very small smashbox shader brush and blended it out with my finger.

I then added a 2nd layer to add intensity. I finished off the eyes with the Cover Girl Total Tease Mascara from the Katy Perry line.
The eyeshadow pretty much lasted the entire day. It would of lasted and look better if i didn’t take a 3 hour nap. Here is a photo of me wearing the make up on another day:
There was almost no fall out throughout the day. The colour really made my hazel eyes pop! I love it! I hope you enjoyed this little review. Let me know what other products you’d like me to review.
